1. Buy a copper vessel, jug, cup, or flask. 2. Once you have brought it home, store water in it for 24 hours. 3. Throw that out. 4. Wash the vessel gently, without soap & allow to dry. 5. Once ready, every evening just before sunset, fill it with water. 6. Let it sit overnight. 7. Have 1-2 glasses of copper water on an empty stomach the following morning To throw out the excess copper from your body naturally , in case you know you have over done it ... 1. Include cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and so on, which are rich in sulfur can bind onto copper and move it out of your system 2. Include zinc rich foods like nuts, seeds, eggs, dairy( if it suits you) in the diet, as we have learnt that if zinc levels are up, then copper levels are low 3. Engage in regular exercise - sweating detoxifies the body & can throw out excess copper too
