1.Start slow and warm up the body with rhythmic movements. 2.Gently work on building up to deeper stretches. 3.Incorporate a few minutes of energizing pranayama like breath of fire. 4.Be mindful to take slow breaths regardless of the pace of your practice. 5.A regular practice and a minimum 15-minute morning yoga routine is recommended to receive the most benefits of yoga. 6.Practice energizing asanas with the breath and always end with shavasana. 7.If you have a hard time waking up, practice morning yoga in bed! #betheshyftforhealthiertomorrow 🌸
