The upper back can be a beneficial area to target in our yoga practice! . This area of the body (the thoracic spine region, or the upper/mid back) is naturally on the stiffer side, and that’s normal and isn’t something we need to pathologize. ‼️ . However, it can still be worthwhile to work on moving this area in a targeted way.
