Summers are here temperatures are rising up🥴 if you experience signs of constant fatigue or overeating or muscle cramps, headache, dizziness, low energy it's a clear sign of dehydration. Please keep consuming water or buttermilk or coconut water and some water rich fruits and veggies to main the electrolyte balance. You may need more than 3 L of water for next few months so keep a check. Take care everyone!
