The best protein content in pulses is in Soya. Next to it is in nuts and oil seeds specially in sesame but since they can only be taken in small quantities, they can't fulfill the daily requirements. So the best way to improve protein quality is to have a cereal pulse combination. Even better to have a cereal milk combination. Some of the cereal pulse dishes are khichdi, idli, dosa, vada, poha, dal-chawal, rajma- chawal, mixed aatta rotis, etc.. Some milk cereal combinations are cornflakes - milk, kheer, sewaiya, daliya , oats, quinowa, muesli etc.. Hope you guys adapt these in life and let me know if you can think of any other.
