Controlled deep breathing starts the relaxation response which is a deep rest to your body to heal. With regular practice of Alternate Nostril Breathing🧘, balance is brought to your nervous system. 🙌It regulates blood pressure. 🧘It improves breathing. 🍃It lowers stress and anxiety.
