Is yoga more effective if done in the morning or evening?
Practicing at either times has its set of benefits - for example practicing in the morning helps you with starting your day right, building better focus and energy levels for the day. Practicing in the evening can help unwind and allow one to sleep better. What essentially matters is consistency - aiming to get at least 3 days a week, 45 to 60 minutes practice to help move towards your health goals.
