Meditation as habit
How do I make meditation a habit?
Its simple, doing something repeatedly becomes a habit just like you shower each day or brush your teeth before bedtime without feeling it as a conscious effort. Similarly, if you can meditate at the same time, in the same place for a few weeks to begin with, you're on your way to make meditation a lifelong habit.
Hmm but I get easily distracted when I sit down to meditate so I end up leaving it. Do you have any tips for beginners?
