When practicing asanas, it's always recommended to maintain a gap of 3-4hrs between your meals and practice. However, there is this one asana that's recommended to be practiced right after a meal(immediately). Vajrasana or thunderbolt helps the process of digestion. This is because it reduces blood circulation to your lower body below the waist and increases blood circulation in your gut. It helps aid issues like acid reflux, indigestion, gas& constipation. Try sitting in Vajrasana for 5mins right after your meal..you can slowly increase this to 10mins & even 15mins.
