Good sources of potassium include green leafy vegetables, banana, sweet potatoes, coconut water etc. 3)Include probiotics -probiotics are natural bacteria that support healthy digestion and balance out bad bacteria in digestive tract. Apart from these, keep yourself well hydrated as when you’re dehydrated your body conserves water by retaining it. Also eating too quickly can make you swallow excess air, which contributes to BLOATING..!
