Water has no calories. 🌱 It can help with managing body weight and reducing calorie intake when substituted for drinks with calories, such as sweet tea or regular soda. 🌱Water helps your body: Keep a normal temperature. Lubricate and cushion joints. 🌱 When dehydrated, the skin can become more vulnerable to skin disorders and wrinkling. 🌱Water is essential for the kidneys and other bodily functions. 🌱The bowel needs water to work properly. Dehydration can lead to digestive problems, constipation, and an overly acidic stomach. This increases the risk of heartburn and stomach ulcers. So if you are reading this right now, go drink water and also keep your water bottle close to you during your yoga class🌼
