Managing hunger
Whenever I feel hungry, I pick up a handful of dry fruits. I hope that works ?
While dry fruits are a healthier option, they too contain fat & have a good amount of calories. Daily intake but in moderation is the key. In excess, they will not be healthy.
Malvika in addition to What Prachi said, whenever you get hungry try to go for a whole fruit/cucumber/carrot/a handful of roasted makhana Or chana etc. instead.
