After diagnosis of PCOS, what should i know going forward?
Post diagnosis following a diet pattern which is targetted towards reduction of insulin resistance is a must which in turn will help achieve hormonal balance. Adding physical activity will also help.
I'm not sure of diet that helps reduce insulin resistance..
Adding to Sonali's reply here- Suzane, regarding diet and nutrition, what I'd suggest is that- every body is different, taking guidance from an expert for your particular body type is important.
