Can i lie down and meditate to support my back?
Absolutely! You can practice relaxing meditations while lying down which are helpful for stress management and aid in releasing stiffness and tension. However, if you'd like to practice mindfulness or active thoughts awareness, sitting straight helps with an alert posture. You can support your back by sitting against a wall or on a chair as well.
