Corn!!

This is one of my favorite evening snacks and i love it with spices and salt added. I hope it is good though?

Hi Suzane! Sweet corns if consumed in excess amounts can spike blood sugar levels & in long term can cause weight gain as well. So try taking sweet corn in moderation. Also try limiting excess salt addition too.

You can make this yummy evening snack fiber rich by adding in chopped onions, tomato, cucumber. In this way, the chances of the blood sugar levels spiking will be lower 😊😊
