When are you happy? Is happiness an emotion or a state of mind? We all find happiness is different things, places and people. My happy place is the mountains. I love how small and tiny all my problems and worries seem to be in front of them. Whenever I feel stressed and anxious I go to the happy place in my head it's okay to fall back, what is important is to get up dust off and walk with your head up. ❤️❤️ Keep practicing and stay humble 🙏🏻🥰
