Day 2: My healthy habit ( to have balanced meals for the next 7 days)

#shyftyourhealth challenge Today's breakfast- Oats Vanilla pancake & Tea🥞☕ What did I add? - 1/3 cup of oats powder - 1/2 cup of milk -1 egg - 1 tsp stevia powder - 1 tsp Vanilla extract - salt to taste I used non-stick pan to avoid using oil or butter & Voila 🥞
