Keeping up the motivation

I know it's difficult to keep yourself motivated but all you to do is show up on the mat and the rest will automatically be done because consistency is the key🔑 Few tips that actually help😊 *Click your pics and make videos during practice as this helps you track your progress and this is the major motivation booster 📷. *Get yourself proper workout clothes that makes you feel that you actually are going to work on yourself with full preparation😁 *You can also post your pics or videos on any social media that will make you feel good as you look back your old videos or pics and can see how motivated you were and how you have progressed🤗
