🧠 Have foods rich in Folate also known as vitamin B9. Sources - Dark green leafy vegetables, nuts, legumes, mango etc.πŸ₯­πŸ₯¬πŸ₯¦πŸ«˜πŸŒ° 🧠 Have foods rich in Omega-3. Sources - flax seeds, chia seeds, walnuts, fatty fish etc.🐟 🧠 Reduce sodium intake. πŸ’ 🧠 Adequate water intake (3-4lt per day).πŸ₯€ 🧠 Identify foods that trigger headache or migraine.🀯 Some foods such as alcohol (especially red wine), cheese, processed meat, monosodium glutamate, aspartame, fatty and fried foods are some of the known triggers. Identify the foods that trigger your symptoms and limit their intake🌿
