I can never emphasize enough that constantly changing weather puts a lot of pressure on the body. We need to adjust to the morning, the afternoon and finally the evening's weather. Light and easily digested food should be preferred more. Although pleasant weather is associated with eating out. But this is the most dangerous time. Microbial activity is the highest and the fastest in this weather. Avoid eating out, uncooked food and food kept uncovered in open. Best to stay hydrated and eat fresh as much as possible.
