Carrot & nuts shake
Protein shake
Looks nice. What’s the recipe for Carrot and Nuts shake?
@Jasvinder 2 carrots (steamed)
5 dates (soaked overnight)
10 cashews (soaked overnight)
5 almonds (soaked overnight)
1 tbsp jaggery powder/ honey
1 tbsp cardamom powder
1 cup milk or coconut milk
Grind all of these ingredients & it's ready.
It tastes like carrot halwa. :) Shyft is better on the app
