How do i know if it is good pain or bad pain after practicing yoga?
Hey Ankush, muscle soreness post 24-48 hrs post exercise is completely normal. It’s a sensation of dull ache in the muscles you have worked On and it’s a good pain. If pain is more musculoskeletal in nature, more acute, is prolonged, and is restricting your movements that can be an injury or a bad pain. Report to your instructor
