A visual of how your spine looks when you are sitting on a chair without lumbar support. As you keep repeating this poor posture over a period of time, you will start developing aches and pains, stiffness, and weakness in the area. This is what eventually in most cases leads to disc herniation and other spinal issues. Start correcting your posture each time you catch yourself slouching, use cushion support, keep feet flat on the floor while sitting on a chair, get out of your chair once every hour, do gentle stretches and practice deep belly breathing everyday to release physical and mental stress.
