How to eat right when you're eating out: 1. Balance out the meal. A portion of salad (fiber & micronutrients) & curd (protein & probiotics) will help you cut down on the portion of roti/rice. 2. Take small portions take enough time to eat your food. Do not rush. 3. Prefer multi grain/ whole wheat roti or plain rice. Anything maida based (eg. naan) or fried rice etc can be avoided. 4. Enjoy your meal.
