When you decide to live healthy what is the first thought that crosses your mind ?! Will see a dietitian / see a doctor/ go for run/ start that yoga class/ eat healthy etc. 💙 I say begin with giving a check to your MENTAL HEALTH!!!!! Remember how people quote if you want to lose weight go for a break up🥲 Did you know ?🧐 Stress alone is capable of making your body resistant towards weight loss and mess with your metabolism. I'd suggest, start with basic questions like- How often do I feel anxious? Do I feel overwhelmed all the time ? Am I always in flight or fight mode? Do I feel heavy on the chest most of the time? If any one of them is true first talk to a therapist! Start with learning techniques that can help you in maintaining your stress levels. Build constructive coping mechanisms which help when in need! 📣Remember, our emotions literally govern everything thus it's important to learn the art of dealing with them in a constructive manner❤️💜
