Hey Arshiya , there are some postures which induce periods by improving the blood circulation towards the pelvic region, balance hormone levels , reduce stress and improve reproductive health . The poses are : 1: camel pose 2: butterfly pose 3: cobra pose 4: yogic squats 5: bow pose . Hope this helps 😊

Foods which have a heat creating temperament or can induce uterine contractions like raw papaya, pineapple, sesame seeds etc can induce periods.
Delay in period cycles is more due to unhealthy eating patterns or consumption of ultra processed foods. There is no scientific data available to support the use of any one particular food item which can delay the periods.
