🌼It is common to have variations of flexibility on right and left side of the body. There are lot of factors that contribute to this variations like genetics, past injuries, your dominant side, alighment/posture, differences in muscle strength, etc. 🌼So next time you feel one side giving you more challenge don't worry. Just be mindful about it and practice more on the weaker side. 🌼I hope it answered your question @Divyasree
