This is cow pose and I think the shoulders are the problem here- the neck and the shoulders should be relaxed
Yes parul.Also while stretching the lower back taking care to keep it's slightly engaged too at same time :)
Wrist and shoulder in one line. Shoulders moving away from your ears and avoid overstraining the elbows.
