New mommies struggles

It's hard on multiple levels to be a new mommy. Be calm, take everyday as a new day, new challenge. Ensure to make sometime for yourself with all that goes on. Don't compare yourself to any other mother, the routine ,your habits, your hormones, lifestyle, food habits are all different for everyone. So just enjoy the time with your baby and within yourself.
