I am very confused with all the information on what to eat, please guide!
If there are no underlying conditions, the focus should always be on eating a balanced diet. One should have a mixture of simple & complex carbs, good amount of protein and good fats. Fiber is extremely important to avoid constipation. Food like veggies, nuts & seeds, eggs, paneer, millets, curd, can be included.
I've heard nuts create constipation during pregnancy. Is it still OK to have them?
