-In this posture keep your legs hip distance apart -Keep your elbows under the shoulders - Forearms parallel to each other - Roll the shoulders away from the ears - Keep your neck long and look straight - Hold the posture for 30/40 seconds After that simply relax in your prone position keeping the palms under the chin or forehead.
