Will going gluten free help in weight loss?
No Ankush. Gluten free diet is only beneficial for gluten sensitivity & some specific gut issues. Going gluten free can be helpful for someone if they're regularly taking unhealthy gluten food sources. Overindulgence of gluten free foods can also cause weight gain. For sustainable weight loss proper dietary modifications, physical activity & lifestyle modifications are mandatory.
I tried...it doesn't work. Try simple home made food, portion control and avoid all bakery products and junk. 30 mins walk per day. That works like 2 kgs weight loss per month.
