Most of us will agree that Maggie is nostalgic😇... & it's hard to totally omit maggie (noodles itself) from your diet, knowing it's not really healthy. Many years back when I was trying to lose weight (that's a story for a different post 👀), I was struggling to let go of noodles & then I came up with the idea of these soupy veggie maggie bowls. Now are they healthy? Not 100% but they're better than just the boiled maggie. Now the ways I make these healthy: 🍜Use half of the packaged noodles. 🍜Add a big cup of boiled seasonal vegetables. 🍜Add any protein source of your liking. 🍜And add a lot of water in the noodles, to prevent it from being bland add spices of your liking. 🍜Take this hot, start with the soup & veggies then go for the noodles. ❗Optional but - finish only 2/3rd of it. Keep the rest for later. Even better if you can use millet or whole wheat noodles. And here are some of my ramen bowls, the 5th one was made today ⬇️
