Dry skin in winters ...a concern ??

Combating winter dryness with the right diet....is it even possible ? It is 🌻🌻 Dry skin condition can be prevented by staying hydrated. Warm water, fruit infused water , fresh soups, fresh curd or vegetable juices may help when thirst dips down in the cold months. Certain nutrients too play a key role in keeping skin healthy, supple & well moisturized • Vitamin A rich carrots, sweet potatoes, green leafy vegetables • Vitamin C rich oranges, guava, strawberries • Vitamin D rich egg yolk, fatty fish, mushrooms • Vitamin E rich almonds, sunflower seeds, peanuts • Zinc rich cashews, chickpeas, poultry • Selenium rich brazilnuts, mushroom, walnuts In addition to this, essential fatty acids which are a part of every cell membrane are very important to keep your skin soft & moisturized. Nuts & seeds, avacadoes, coconut, egg yolks are rich sources of the same. Enjoy healthy skin with right food choices in winters too !! 🌲🌲☃️☃️❄️❄️
