How to maintain calorie deficit in winters? This is the season where I experience hunger a little more. Any reasons and suggestions for the same?
Hi Sharvani! In winter our body spends more energy to keep us warm, hence to produce the excess energy it needs more fuel, which is nothing but the food we intake. Thus we get more hungry. Another reason can be because we get variety of winter delicacies currently.
Now to maintain your calorie deficit, definitely load your plate up with seasonal winter vegetables & fruits. Maintain proper protein content in each meal. Also drink lots of water. In winter meal options also increases, keep a good portion control & choose healthy snacks to fulfill small hunger pangs in between if there's any.
