I think both qualities are important. •Strength and flexibility. Sometimes, you need to be an oak in order to avoid people pushing you around. To take a few punches and keep standing. Sometimes, you need to practice being flexible, to show respect, humility, and even to step out of your own way.🧘🏽♀️🌱🌼
