According to the American Dietitian Association an adult on an average should consume 3-4 cups of veggies daily. Yeah that sounds a lot at least for me 🥲 So here's what I do! -I started with introducing only 2 cups of veggies in a day, either cooked or raw - Take a conscious effort of having them anytime during the day. With meals or as a snack For eg. Today I quickly fixed a spinach cucumber avocado salad for my evening snack and used lemon juice, salt, black pepper for seasoning. Lastly, consistency only comes into picture when it's convenient to follow. So just have whatever veggies are available in the fridge (cucumber/tomato/carrot/beetroot/ sweet potato etc. ) It's all about building a habit! Hope you start taking your veggies regularly 😉
