Holiday weight getting on to you while you make some amazing memories on your travel. Here are some tips to consider when your in the middle of your fitness regime : ✔️Never skip a meal, most importantly breakfast ✔️ include a fruit during the mid days ( preferable local and seasonal of that area), ✔️ hydrate and drink plenty of water to avoid constipation issues ✔️ carry nuts, seeds, Grams or dried fruits to keep you fuller, and avoid unnecessary bingeing during the day. ✔️a serving of yogurt to care of your gut ✔️ Enjoy small portion size of sweets, desserts and fast foods so that you don’t miss out on the local delicacies ✔️timely meals ✔️sleep well ✔️walk walk walk - while you explore ✔️moderate alcohol/caffeine intake ✔️ mindful eating - sit, slow down, savor, simplify, and smile while you enjoy your meals . Remember : You just have to be smart at how you consume the tasty delights by enjoying them in moderation, and then mix in a few healthy options with your diet.
