What does water do for you ? Are you getting enough of it ?

Experiencing any of these ?? Bad breathe Fatigue Difficulty losing weight Hunger/ frequent cravings Dark colored urine Bloating Dry skin Chapped lips Mood swings Brain fog Poor sleep Dark under eye circles Constipation Joint pain & stiffness UTI Low immunity Headaches Heart burn Muscle cramps Check your water intake. As adults we require an average of 2.5-3 litres water/ day. Children should take 1.5-2 .5 litres per day depending on their age & activity levels. Also, water is lost during normal bodily processes, such as urination, bowel movements, sweating—even breathing. So, aim to hydrate regularly throughout the day instead of all at one time or playing catch-up at the end of the day.

Good piece of information ma'am! But sadly, people who's water intake is naturally less, force themselves to drink more water. Initially, for couple of days it may work, but later it has a lethal effects on kidneys. How to know one's natural capacity?

Hi Veeral. Valid question. So, what we need to understand is that your capacity & your body's requirements are two different things. Capacity is a measure created by habit while requirement is something needed for healthy body function. In case you are someone who drinks very little water, gradually step up the quatity...day by day, week by week. NOT all at once. This will give time for the kidney to adjust & will work well too. 😊 However, it is important to note, that water requirements may change in case of many medical concerns like heart or kidney conditions. Here, it is important to adhere to guidelines set forth by your health care professional.
