One thing that I always do and tell my clients to do is to Eat Seasonal. The produce that is purchased in season is not just less expensive, is more likely to be fresher, consumed closer to harvesting and higher in nutritional value. Coloured veggies & fruits are high in nutrients like antioxidants, beta carotenoids, Vitamin A, C and folate, hence should be consumed regularly.
