Absolutely NO β 'Supplements' as the name suggests is something that provides support in case of a specific need. For example a metabolic health condition or a nutritional deficiency or dietary inhibitions etc. Whether one should take supplements or not, and if yes which ones to opt for are questions that should be addressed ONLY by your health practitioner!π Please do not self medicate and indulge in the habit of unnecessary popping of multivitamins or protein powdersπ By doing so you might put yourself at an increased risk of nutrient toxicity or cause damage to some vital organs like liver and kidney (as they are the ones who filter everything you eat)π€― Therefore, just focus on having nutrient dense balanced meals and if you face any health issues or concerns go check with your health practitioner. π€π€
