Fruits for thyroid
I know avocados are good to have if one has thyroid issue. Can anyone please suggest some fruits that help manage thyroid better?
Hi Riya! You can take all low sugar fruits like apple, pear, guava, berries, citrus fruits, plum, papaya etc. High sugar fruits like banana, custard apple, grapes etc. Should be taken in moderation. As you already mentioned avocados are good too, but do keep a check on the portions as these are high in fat & calories.
