Taking the waist down. This happens when we let the core and back muscles become loose. This is a rookie mistake. Generally happens when one attempts a plank for the first time. It can lead to back pain if not corrected for long. Simple solution, pull the belly muscles in to engage the core and listen to your trainer 😋
