Hey Shreya! Here are the 2 best breathing practices that will improve your sleep and will reduce stress:- 1. Humming Bee (Bhramari) = Do 5 to 10 times. 2. Alternate nostril breathing ( Nadi Suddhi)= start with 5 min and then gradually increase the time. Hope it helps🌱
