Consistency or Motivation?

-I kept on choosing external motivation to become fit- either some family function or an outing or marriage! It worked to some extent but failed to sustain. - Then I started working on consistency- choosing health and peace consistently irrespective of the desired results which still is a struggle most of the times but it's amazing to see how consistency reflects on your overall physical and mental well-being in the long run where you no longer depend on external motivation ❤️ If you have tried motivation then it's time for you to choose consistency in whatever you are working on ✌️
