It is generally observed that while coming out of a posture, we let all the muscles become loose. Specifically during eight limbs posture, I have corrected multiple times to take the knees down gently and to take the chest down with full muscle control. It might sound annoying to listen to the same corrections again and again, but these are to avoid any knee injury and to build better strength in shoulders and upper back respectively. Another point, in leg raises, we let the muscles go while bringing the legs down. Big mistake, if we keep doing this for a long time, it can strain our lower belly and lower back muscles. Also, there will be no increase in core strength. Remember to have control and gentleness at the same time.
