We all see beautiful yet intense Yoga postures and there is this urge to practice them immediately. I always tend to say that starting in a simplified manner and gradually building strength,understanding the depth allows to keep room for errors, rectifying them and grow stronger. So next time you want to try some intense posture, ask your trainers for tips to build into it gradually.
