Most of us spend 8-9 hrs sitting in front of the computer. Find below the right body alignment you need to maintain while sitting-1. Sit with back straight, shoulders pulled back, buttock touching the end of the seat.2. Head and neck upright with ears over your shoulders. 3. Avoid leaning on side. Keep hip even to distribute weight of body. 4. Bend your knees at a 90 degree and keep knees even with hip or slightly lower. 5. Keep feet flat on the floor or foot rest. Don’t sit with legs crossed it restricts circulation. 6. Avoid sitting for longer than 30 minutes at a stretch
