Recurrent Headaches

I have been experiencing headaches lately..not sure if it has anything to do with my diet. I haven't introduced anything new however I have been eating outside food a lot. Does that have anything to do with my headache?

Absolutely yes. Your digestion is directly related to many health issues including headache. Stop outside food completely... Go on fruits diet and some dal khidhdi, vegetable soup, dry fruits etc. for next few days and you will see the difference. Use aurvedic remedies to clean your system.

Hi Gurveen! Headaches can surely be related with your digestion/gut health. Outside food can be fatty, or high in sugar, preservatives, spices, salt & many more which can affect your gut causing the headache. But do keep a check on your meal gaps, water intake & caffeine intake. All these can be related to the headache as well. Try limiting your outside food intake to one a week or once every 2 weeks & focus more on homemade meals packed with seasonal vegetables, fruits, lean proteins etc.
