🥪 SANDWICHES keep 3 things stored in the fridge - egg/paneer/ tofu/ boiled chicken - green chutney/hummus - veggies (cucumber/tomato/carrot etc.)Just pick one from each stack up a sandwich and satisfy your hunger pangs 🥗Chaats keep 1 thing stored in the fridge - overnight soaked and pressure cooked whole pulses (pick any) Take a bowl, add pulses, season it with lemon juice/ chaat masala. If you have time make it fancy add chutney, veggies, curd, namkeen mixture etc. 😍🤤 🥤Smoothies 1 cup Low fat milk/ curd + 2 Tbsp nuts (pick any) + 1/2 tsp seeds (pick any) + 1 whole fruit (pick any)+ 1 or 2 dates + 1 Tbsp oats and BLEND 🤩 🌰 Dry snacks, nuts and fruits Keep things like roasted makhana, kurmura, chana, peanuts, pumpkin seeds always handy. Have them followed by a fruit. Lastly, I think I am obsessed with curd so most of the days it's a thick glass of buttermilk with some dry snacks or a fruit or both. Based on how hungry I am 😌
